    1. feel bad?you will feel worse if you keep paying the pigs…dont touch your 401k,thats another trap designed by the folks that fucked you in the first place, they want to drain you stay in the house and dont pay,save your money that you would have paid for your mortgage,it will take forever to get you out ,the courts are jammed make a plan and when the sheriff finally comes hand him the keys.you cant fight city halll but you can spit on the steps

    2. Feel bad about walking away? We already bailed out the banks, the’ve been payed. If it was done right they could have sent the bailout to the people & nobody would be under water. I don’t see how anyone could feel bad about not paying for their house a 2nd time. Now instead of the banks being underwater, its the people & economy both instead of one.
