   That does not exist. No one does it commercially for free. You can walk into any office of Chicanos Por La Causa and get advice..

   Not sure of your reference to CPF, but try Google searching. Use keywords like “free personal finance consultation” and 472,000 listings show up here:http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=c…
   …narrow that with your city.state, country if you’re searching for someone in person. Otherwise, search online at reputable finance places like Crest Capital, the place we turn to for help.
