Q&A: If you had $500 and needed to turn it into $1000, how would you do it?

Question by TD63: If you had 0 and needed to turn it into 00, how would you do it?
I’m thinking about not to risky forms of gambling, or maybe flipping something like antique items or a car that needs some repairs…I don’t know. Any ideas? I have some cash in hand but it’s not really enough for what I need. I could wait and save more or “invest” into something that will increase it fairly quickly. Anyone have examples of something I could buy cheap, put a little work into and sell for a profit?

If there was a low risk way of doubling your money quickly…we’d all be rich. There are investments where it is possible but the risk of losing your investment is very high. If you are a novice then the risk is even greater.

Isn’t Pelosi right?

Consider how Bill Gates kids would turn out vs. how Lovelle Mixon’s kids would turn out.
Why is Obama out to nail families that add to America’s economy and reward those who detract from our economy?
Experts already say that a kid’s success is largely determined by his/her mom’s education.
